FRANKS, William (Bill) – Unexpectedly on Saturday March 17, 2018 of Waterford in his 65th year. Loved son of the late George & Reta Franks. Survived by 1 brother, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Predeceased by 2 brothers. Following with Bill's wishes cremation will take place and a Graveside Service will be held at Waterford Greenwood Cemetery on Friday April 27, 2018 at 2:30pm. Rev. Allan Burr officiating.
